Let It Go Journeys, its agents, and represented resorts and companies are not responsible for issues arising from misquotes, misprints or technical failures that may result in misquotes. No quotes for service are considered final until we have received written confirmation from the travel supplier and direct payment is accepted on said quote, and payment has been charged to a major credit card or paid by check made out directly to the travel supplier.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM. CALL THE TRAVEL SERVICE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.

Let It Go Journeys (herein "Travel Service") is acting as a mere agent for SUPPLIERS in arranging for the booking of, and management of reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Service (such as hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). Travel Service, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to travelers or travelers' companions or group members. 

Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, Travel Service does not guarantee any of such supplier's rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects.

Travel Service shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel services control. 

Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the Travel Service from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. 

However, we specifically recommend that U. S. Citizens traveling to Europe, Mexico or the Caribbean, do so with a valid U. S. Passport. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U. S. State Department, (202) 647-5225, or access the State-Department's on-line travel advisory service (www.state.gov/travel information/travel warnings). For medical information, call the U. S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), (404) 332-4559 or log on to www.cdc.gov./travel. 

By embarking upon travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency. Traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks; information is available through the Travel Service regarding travel insurance. 

Traveler's use of this site for the purpose of making travel arrangements, and retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.

 

Payments

• Let It Go Journeys does not charge clients directly or accept payments to the company. A client's payment is processed via the travel supplier with the client's credit card or debit card. LIGJ provides the travel supplier with a client's address, phone and credit card information to process deposits or payments. There will never be a charge from LIGJ or it's agents. If there is a charge in question contact your credit card company immediately.

US Currency 

• The quotes and rates provided by LIGJ are in US dollars. All payments must be in US dollars. Transferred reservations can only be accepted if originally booked in US dollars. If you are an international client we are happy to provide you with information/quotes in US dollars.

Password Protected Areas

• Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the website is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the website will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. 

Cancellations and Fees 

• Let It Go Journeys does not charge fees for vacation cancellations. However, airlines and travel suppliers do charge fees based on their own company Terms and Conditions. 

• Airlines can change your flight at any time and are not required to refund any monies the traveler incurs due to their flight changes. Travel insurance is recommended to all LIGJ clients. But be aware that travel insurance is usually non-refundable. LIGJ is not responsible for any cancellation fees incurred by the travel supplier.

 

Use of Client Photos and Testimonials-

By sharing a family photo with your DVP or Let It Go Journeys, you are giving LIGJ the right to use your photo on the website http://www.letitgojourneys.com or the Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/letitgojourneys for promotional purposes. Your photos will not be sold. If you do not want your photos used on the LIGJ website or Facebook page, please send an email to letitgojourneys@gmail.com and ask for the removal of the photo.

Client testimonials are voluntary and represent the client's personal experience working with their Let It Go Journeys agent.
